Can this be done online?

Please call/email to discuss. Most SMSF and corporate lending can now be done online

Don’t I just need a witness? No. A Solicitor’s Certificate is a certificate from a registered Australian Solicitor/Lawyer, attesting that they have provided the client with advice as to their rights and obligations, etc. If the advice is rushed or not provided at all, the solicitor can be held liable to either the client or lender, in due course
