What are disbursements?

Disbursements are for rates certificates where the purchase of such is unavoidable. We order these on your behalf at the lowest price possible (direct from Gov’t) and will always be lower or as low as our competitors.

Purchase matters; The purchaser (via their solicitor) is contractually obliged to compile the Statement of Adjustments leading up to settlement. To do this, we must use information from either the certificates in the Vendor Statement/s.32 OR if these certificates are more than 60/90 days old at the date of settlement, via reordered certificates (disbursements). As each property type/region/situation is different, disbursements can be as low as $0.00 and as high as $250.00, in total.

Sales; The vendor (via their solicitor) must order and compile a vendor statement/s.32 before a contract can be signed/valid. As such, we order certificates such as a Title Search, Copy of Plan, Council, Water, Land Tax, Owners Corporation (where applicable), etc on your behalf. As each property type/region/situation is different, these can be as low as $50.00 and as high as $250.00, in total.
